These pages describe the services Insight Analytics offers and how we work. Nothing on the site is an offer, a contract, or a promise of a particular result. An engagement begins only when both sides sign a written agreement that says so.

Figures in the sample board package are illustrative. They are labeled as such on the page and are not drawn from any client's records. Decisions about your own budget, funding or compliance should be taken on your own numbers, with advice from someone who has seen them.

Not a licensed CPA firm

Insight Analytics is not a licensed certified public accounting firm, is not registered with the Florida Board of Accountancy, and is not licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. We do not perform audits, reviews or attestation engagements, and we do not express opinions or provide assurance on financial statements. Florida law requires each charter school's annual financial audit to be performed by an independent certified public accountant retained by its governing board.

No guarantee of audit or regulatory outcomes

Nothing we publish or deliver is a guarantee of how an audit, a sponsor review, a grant monitoring visit or any other regulatory process will turn out. Those outcomes are decided by the bodies that conduct them, on the whole record in front of them, and not by us. Our work is to prepare you for them accurately and on time.

Accuracy

We keep these pages current and correct as far as we reasonably can. The rules we name, including state statutes, funding formulas and reporting frameworks, change on their own schedule and the site may lag behind them. Where anything here conflicts with a rule as published by the body that issues it, that rule governs.

Using the site

Use it lawfully. Do not attempt to break, overload or probe the site, harvest it for a mailing list, or submit anything through the form that you do not have the right to send. We may block access that does any of those things.

QuickBooks connection

The QuickBooks® Online connection described on this site is available only to clients under a signed engagement. It is not a product, it is not sold, and there is nothing on it for the public to sign up to.

You control your own QuickBooks Online subscription, and you may revoke our access at any time, either from inside QuickBooks Online or by asking us.

Your engagement letter governs the connection. Where the engagement letter and this website conflict, the engagement letter controls.

How the connection works

AI-assisted work

We use AI tools to help produce our analysis. A member of our team reviews every deliverable and independently checks its factual assertions before it is issued to you.

You should not rely on any AI-generated content that has not been issued to you as a deliverable.

Our material

The text, layout, graphics, name and logo on this site belong to Insight Analytics. Quote a sentence with attribution if it is useful to you. Do not republish pages wholesale, and do not use the name or the logo as your own.
